Incumbent Devon Anderson, hopeful Kim Ogg vie for district attorney seat

HOUSTON – Devon Anderson and Kim Ogg went head to head over their qualifications for Harris County District Attorney on Monday night.

Channel 2's Khambrel Marshall moderated the debate.

The candidates discussed hot-button issues including the testing of rape kits, officer-involved shootings and the Harris County jail system.

"If you look at the record of the DA for the last 3 years, the many scandals, the misconduct, and you can compare it to my record and commitment to the city," Ogg said.
