29-year-old dies in 1-vehicle accident in Kingwood

HOUSTON – Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 2500 Kingwood Drive on Aug. 20 around 12:20 a.m.

The 29-year-old victim's identity is pending verification by authorities.

Police said a white Toyota Corolla was westbound on Kingwood Drive when the car left the road and struck a curb and a fence.

The car then went airborne and struck a tree and another fence leading to a homeowner's backyard.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other vehicles or people were involved.
