Domino's Pizza delivery driver gunned down in Humble

HUMBLE, Texas – A Domino's Pizza delivery driver is in the hospital after he was ambushed Wednesday night while on the job in Humble.

Deputies said a man shot the delivery driver twice at The Pines at Woodcreek Apartments in the 21000 block of Aldine Westfield Road during a possible attempted robbery.

The 22-year-old delivery driver was taken to Memorial Hermann in serious condition with gunshot wounds to the thigh and arm.

The gunman ran before authorities arrived.

Deputies have not released a description of the shooter.
