Police investigate body found in river in northeast Harris County

HOUSTON – The Houston Police Department is investigating Friday night after a body was found in northeast Harris County.

Police responded to reports of a body floating inside a river at 100 Commons Lake Drive around 6 p.m. in Huffman.

Homicide officers are at the scene.
