Man shot in back during argument in northwest Houston, shooter flees the scene No description found
HOUSTON – Police are searching for a man who shot another man during an argument in northwest Houston late Wednesday.
According to Houston police, two men were arguing on W. 43rd and Lockfield around 11: 10 p.m. when one of them pulled out a gun and shot the other twice in the back.
A woman who was with the victim panicked and drove her SUV off the road, crashing into a tree stump. She was not hurt.
The shooting victim was transported to Ben Taub Hospital in serious condition.
The suspect fled on foot.
The motive for the shooting is unknown.
