Father of malnourished child locked in closet pleads guilty

HOUSTON – A father accused in a horrific child abuse has pleaded guilty.

Bradley Bleimeyer will spend the next 15 years behind bars for injury to a child.    

Investigators said Bleimeyer locked his 5-year-old son Jordan in a closet under the stairs — and nearly starved him to death.

His wife, and Jordan's stepmother, Tami Bleimeyer, also faces charges. She is currently out on bond and is set to face a jury next March.
