Baseball coach placed on leave after pegging students with pitching machine

KATY, Texas – A baseball coach at Katy Taylor High School has been placed on leave after two students were hurt by a baseball pitching machine.

The students were hit by balls that were being launched by the machine.

One of the students was taken to the hospital by his parents. The other was treated by the school's trainer.

The incident is under investigation.
