HOUSTON – Brandi Hamilton says her ex-boyfriend came to her home in Pearland at midnight Saturday.
Cuts and bruises cover her entire body after he beat her up.
“He showed up at midnight in a fit and rage,” Hamilton said. “He forced his way in and grabbed me by my hair, pulled my head back, punched me in the face, threw me on the ground.”
Police aren't releasing her ex-boyfriend's name because they have not charged him yet. They hope to arrest him soon.
“I'm a single mom with all these kids. What would've happened if he actually did kill me? He would ruin the lives of my four children," Hamilton said.
Hamilton says the man attacked her for at least six hours.
“There are times that I blacked out that I don't remember but I woke up and it's continuing to go on.”
Hamilton says she finally forced her attacker out of the house, but for him, it wasn't over.
“He pushed me into the window, there's blood all over the screen and the glass is everywhere," Hamilton said. “That's where I got all my cuts. I had to get stitches, I have severe bruising all over my hands, you can tell where there's obvious fingerprints. He just had his way with me.”
Her young daughters found their mother covered in blood so they rushed her to the hospital.
Hamilton is moving her family to another city in hopes of moving on with their lives.
“I want him put away. He is no good. He is a felon and he needs to take his happy butt back to jail," Hamilton said. "He just basically left me for dead.”
