Musicians go after big music streaming company

Spotify has been hit with a $150 million lawsuit.

The lawsuit, filed by David Lowery, guitarist and vocalist of the band, "Cracker,"  claims that's the amount of money owed in royalties for musicians and copywriter owners. It alleges that Spotify knowingly and unlawfully reproduces and distributes music. Spotify responded saying money is being set aside to pay any royalties that are owed.

The question for many newly weds or about-to-be weds is a financial one. Joint accounts or separate?

According to kiplinger.com you should probably have a mixture before merging your credit cards, check your credit scores. Remember, if you open a joint credit card both spouses are responsible for the full balance.

As for bank accounts, most chose a joint account for shared expenses as well as individual accounts.
