2 killed in triple shooting outside southwest Houston nightclub

HOUSTON – Three people were shot, and two died, following an altercation outside a southwest Houston nightclub early Christmas morning.

According to Houston police, three men got into an altercation inside the Metropolis & Extravaganza club in the 8900 block of Richmond Ave. before closing time.

The situation spilled over into the parking lot, and someone opened fire.

Three men were shot.  Two died at the scene.

The third victim was taken by a private vehicle to the hospital.  His condition was not known.
