HOUSTON – A man was arrested after deputies said he filmed a teenage family member nude after she had just gotten out of the shower.
Graylyn Arsenio Washington, 24, was charged with improper photography and video recording.

According to investigators, Washington went into the teen's bedroom and placed the phone inside a clear plastic box sitting on her dresser. When she got out of the shower she noticed a phone was recording in the bedroom.
Authorities said the teen took the phone with her on her school bus, and when Washington told her to erase the video, she watched it and discovered herself nude on the recording.
The girl, who said she did not give Washington permission to record her, went to the school resource officers, who called the Sheriff's Office. Deputies were then dispatched to the victim's home.
Deputies said upon viewing the recording they found Washington setting up and checking the angle of the camera prior to the girl being recorded naked.
Washington is being held in the Harris County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
