HARRIS COUNTY – Three men now faces charges in the fatal robbery of a man in April in Harris County.
Michael Aldana, 28, was killed on April 5 in the 900 block of Spring Cypress Road.

A Harris County Precinct 4 deputy was driving along the road when he was flagged down by a citizen who informed him of an abandoned vehicle. When the deputy approached the car, he saw Aldana lying along the side of it with a gunshot wound to the torso.
The Harris County Sheriff's Office gathered evidence over the last several months that lead them to three suspects. HSCO has arrested and charged two suspects and charged a third suspect.
Eric Guzman, 21, and Jamal Ferguson, 20, and Russell Gregory, 22, are all charged with capital murder and aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.
Guzman and Ferguson are in custody. Gregory is currently on bond for an unrelated charge.
