HOUSTON – By Meghan Mistry - Staff
Police said a man is facing a DWI charge -- his third -- in connection to a deadly crash early Sunday morning.
John Anthony Galindo is charged with driving while intoxicated. Police said Galindo crashed his black Honda motorcycle into a female pedestrian in the 5100 block of Irvington. The 46-year-old woman died at the scene.
Police said Galindo was taken to Ben Taub General Hospital and is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
According to the Houston Police Department, Galindo was intoxicated at the time of the crash. This is Galindo's third DWI charge, officers said.
