HOUSTON – Three men have been arrested after a 34-year-old smoke shop owner and father was killed during a robbery in northeast Harris County on April 18.

Deputies said Aaron Michael Bay, 22, Andrew L. Jordan, 18, and Demetrice Green, 18, have been charged with capital murder.
The robbery happened at the man's store, H-Town Smoke Shop, at 1550 Aldine Bender Road near Chrisman Road, around 6:15 p.m.
Family members at the scene identified the victim as Jacob Mitchell, the owner of the shop.
Homicide investigators said three men entered the store and robbed it at gunpoint. A fight ensued and the owner was shot dead. Detectives said they are interviewing the one witness who was inside the store at the time.
The robbers left before deputies arrived. They are described as black men between 18 and 20 years old. One robber had brown dreadlocks with blonde tips and was wearing a hoodie and shorts. The second robber also had brown dreadlocks and was wearing a hoodie and shorts. The third man had a long, brown Afro that was tied back in a pony tail. He was also wearing a hoodie and shorts.
