Man accused of stalking, threatening to kill woman

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A man has been arrested for stalking a woman.

Miguel Medina, 26, was arrested Sunday and is being held in the Harris County Jail on no bond.

According to court documents, Medina threatened to kill a woman and drove in front of her house multiple times. He also followed the woman in her car on numerous occasions.

The woman was in fear of her safety.

Medina is charged with stalking. Police say Medina has past convictions that include theft, criminal mischief, possession of marijuana, assault and terrorist threats.
