Rice University has a great reputation, but now it has even more bragging rights. The university ranked as one of best values for a college education, according to Kiplinger, which came up with the rankings. Rice is the only university in Houston to make the list.
Some of the factors: admission rates, student to faculty ratio, graduation rates, total cost per year and average debt after graduation.
