Ground beef recall hits Texas 23,000 pounds recalled after possible E-Coli contamination No description found
WASHINGTON – About 23,000 pounds of ground beef are being recalled because of possible E-Coli contamination.
The National Beef Packing Company shipped the suspected tainted beef to twelve states, including Texas.
The USDA is still investigating to get a list of stores that sold it and so far, no illnesses have been reported.
The effected products include:
• 10 lb. packages of "National Beef" 80/20 Coarse Ground Chuck, package code "0481"
If you purchased the recalled meat and have questions, call the company at (877) 857-4143 for details about the recall and their return and reimbursement policy.
