LEAGUE CITY, Texas – League City police said they know his name and what he looks like, but they still don't have a man who used a scooter to steal lobsters from a Walmart store.

Investigators said Michael Moore, 49, took nearly $200 worth of lobster tails from Walmart in the 1700 block of West FM 646 on Monday.

Police said surveillance video captured images of Moore driving a motorized scooter into the store.

He placed nine packs of lobster tails into his cart and then started driving toward the front door, officials said.

Surveillance video showed Moore getting off the scooter and unloading the lobster into the back seat of his vehicle, police said.

An employee was able to write down a license plate number as the car sped off.

A warrant has been issued for Moore's arrest.

Moore's criminal history includes a theft charge.
