Man accused of downloading, sharing child porn

LEAGUE CITY, Texas – A man has been arrested on child pornography charges.

Kevin Ferguson, 54, was arrested at a home in League City on Tuesday.

League City police said Ferguson downloaded and shared child pornography.

Detectives said they do not have any evidence to suggest that local children were involved in the pornography, but they are still investigating.

Ferguson has been charged with three counts of possession of child pornography. His bond was set at $120,000.
