FAA to investigate deadly paragliding accident in Bayou Vista
BAYOU VISTA, Texas – The FAA has been called in to investigate a deadly paragliding accident Saturday in Bayou Vista.
Investigators say Mike Turner was working on his glider, which was not set up for flight. It suddenly started rolling down the street. Turner crashed into two mailboxes, a tree, a utility box and a parked car. Investigators found Turner under the car.
Turner suffered massive head and internal injuries.
