Triqueros' partially burned pickup truck was found underneath U.S. 59 south of Hamblen Road near the San Jacinto River on Thursday. There were signs of a physical confrontation inside and around it, detectives said.
After deputies collected evidence and conducted interviews, a murder warrant was issued for Triqueros' boyfriend, Jesus Roman Castrejon, 52. Castrejon may be traveling to Mexico or California, officials said.
On Saturday, a man fishing in the river found Triqueros' body. Detectives have not released the cause of her death.
Anyone with information regarding Castrejon's whereabouts is asked to call Montgomery County Crime Stoppers at 800-392-STOP.
