Cookin' Time with H-E-B: Bacon Wrapped Pineapple Shrimp

Bacon Wrapped Pineapple Shrimp

1 lb.  Colossal Gulf White Shrimp
1 Pkg. HEB Fully Cooked Bacon, room temperature
2 Tbsp. Avocare Avacado Oil
3 Tbsp. Adams Reserve White Wine & Garlic Butter Seasoning
3 Tbsp. Roberts Reserve Pineapple Coconut Mango Sauce

1. Preheat sauté pan on med high heat.    
2. Mix oil & Adams White Wine and Garlic Butter Seasoning
3. Toss shrimp in Adams/Oil Mixture to coat shrimp evenly.
4. Wrap one strip of Bacon around each shrimp, starting with tail side.
5. Cook 2 minutes per side.  Pour Pineapple Coco Mango over shrimp.
Serve shrimp over couscous or rice.
