Cookin' Time with H-E-B: Garden vegetable soup, Mom's chicken pot pie

Mom's  Chicken Pot Pie
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Baking Time: 30-35 minutes
Serves 6

1 bag frozen vegetables (your choice)      
1 jar All Natural Mom's Chicken Pot Pie starter
2 cups frozen chopped potatoes / hash brown potatoes
8 ounces (1 cup)  shredded  Mexican blend Cheese
1 sheet Puff Pastry 6 puff pastries
1 Rotisserie Chicken shredded

•Heat oven to 400°F.  Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray. 
•Combine chicken, pot pie starter , potatoes, and  vegetables. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish.  Top with puff pastries  &  shredded cheese.


Bake 20 -30 minutes or until casserole is hot and bubbly and puff pastry has risen and golden brown.  Remove from oven.  Let stand 5 minutes.
