Cookin' Time with H-E-B: Grilled Veggie Kabobs and Texas Steakhouse Ribeyes

Grilled Veggie Kabobs

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serves 4 - 5

4    HEB Veggie Kabobs
4    Tbsp. Ottavio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
       (Buy 1 Olive Oil Get 1 Free)
2    Tbsp. Adams Reserve White Wine & Garlic Butter Seasoning
2    Tbsp Roberts Reserve Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce

1.    Brush Kabobs with Olive Oil.
2.    Season kabob with White Wine & Garlic Butter Seasoning.
3.    Place Kabobs on the grill. Baste again w/Olive Oil while on the grill.
4.    Grill 2 minutes on each side.
5.    Take Kabobs off the grill and place on serving dish.
6.    Pour Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce down the center of kabob.
                         Serve hot!
                         

Texas Steakhouse Ribeyes   
 

Preparation Time: 15  minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes 4 to 6 Servings

4-6   Beef Ribeyes, Prime I Beef
1       Tablespoon Adams Reserve Texas Steakhouse Rub
2       Tablespoons Ottavio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
(Buy 1, Get 1 Free with Coupon)
½      C. Green Onions (chopped)
                  
1.    Drizzle Olive Oil over steaks. Season both sides of ribeyes with Adams Reserve Texas Steakhouse.
2.    Pour Oil into large grill pan. Heat on high 3 minutes.
3.    Grill steaks 3 - 4 minutes per side.
4.    Remove from grill or pan when internal temp. of steaks reaches 135 - 140 F.
5.    Add a pan of Butter on top. Garnish with chopped green onions.
6.    Allow steaks to rest 5 minutes to seal in natural juices before serving
