H-E-B Recipe: Strawberry Glazed Chicken and Strawberry Shortcake Trifle

Strawberry Glazed Chicken

½ cup Roberts Reserve Strawberry Glaze "NEW ITEM"
2 tablespoons 4 leaf balsamic vinegar
2 chicken breast, butterflied
2 teaspoons Adams Peppercorn & Garlic
 
1.    Butterfly and season two chicken breast and place into a preheated grill or skillet.
2.    Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side till done.
3.    Meanwhile blend glaze and balsamic, when chicken is done or almost done, brush with glaze allowing glaze mixture to caramelize on the outside.


Strawberry Shortcake Trifle

1 jar Roberts Reserve Strawberry Glaze "NEW ITEM"
2 pkgs dessert shells "FREE ITEM"
1 pint of fresh strawberries, washed and cut into slices
1 container of your favorite whipped topping.
 
1.    In a Trifle bowl or 9'13 glass baking dish, place dessert shells on bottom to cover.
2.    Toss sliced strawberries with glaze and pour over dessert shells evenly.
3.    Spoon whipped topping over top of strawberries evenly to cover.
4.    Chill for one hour and serve!
