H-E-B Recipe: Moroccan Lamb Chops

4-6     Lamb Chops, frenched
3 TBS      Adams Reserve, Holiday Rub
½ cup    Ottavio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 bottle Roberts Reserve Spicy Moroccan Sauce
1     Onion, sliced
 2-3 TBS    Honey

1.    In a resealable bag, marinate the lamb chops with olive oil and Holiday Rub for 30 mins up to overnight.
2.    Preheat grill to med high heat, and grill lamb chops to medium rare or desired doneness.
3.    In a pan on medium high heat, sauté onions until tender. Add Moroccan sauce and honey until combined and warm through.
4.    Pour sauce over chops before serving.

*Serve over couscous or mashed sweet potatoes, and with asparagus
