Tilapia & Crab Creole

Ingredients:
4 tilapia fillets
1 to 2 tbsp Adam's Reserve Peppercorn & Garlic Rub
½ jar Bayou Brothers Creole Sauce
1  can Miller's Select Lump Crab Meat
½ stick butter
2  tbsp Ottavio Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:
·    Heat skillet on medium high heat. Lightly coat fish with oil.
·    Season with Adams Rub. Add olive oil to skillet.
·    Cook about 3 minutes on each side.
·    Fish is done if a fork slides easily through thickest part.
·    Put fish on plate. In same skillet add Creole Sauce and butter.
·    Bring to high simmer, stirring until butter melts.  Fold in crab meat. Serve over fish. Serve with rice if you wish.
