Houston Rodeo Day 3: Live performances, livestock shows, sensory-friendly fun

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo kicks off its third day, offering a variety of activities for all ages, including sensory-friendly experiences, exciting horse and livestock shows, live music, and more.

Here’s your guide to the day’s events:

A special Sensory-Friendly experience will take place in select carnival areas from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., providing a comfortable and positive environment for Rodeo guests with sensory sensitivities.

Horse Shows

• 8 a.m.: Open Brahman Female Show (NRG Center - Main Arena)
• 11 a.m.: Senior Ranch Rodeo (NRG Arena - Horse Show Arena)
• 6 p.m.: Ranch Rodeo Go Round One (NRG Arena - Horse Show Arena)

Livestock Shows

• 8 a.m.: Agri-Summit (NRG Arena - Hall B)
• 2 p.m.: Junior Breeding Gilt Showmanship (NRG Center - East Arena)

Miscellaneous Events

• 9 a.m.: Cobs, Kernels, and More! (AGVENTURE)
• 9 a.m.: Quilt Exhibit (NRG Center - 1st Floor)
