Man’s decomposing body found in wooded area of Memorial Park, police say

HOUSTON – An investigation is underway after a man’s body was found in a wooded area of Memorial Park Friday morning, police said.
The discovery was made by officers at around 8 a.m. near the Eastern Glades entrance.
According to police, the body was in a state of decomposition.
It is unknown at this time how the man died, or how long it’s been there.
No additional information was available.
