Companies using software to hire new college graduates

New college graduates might be surprised by the interviewer when they first look for a job out of school.

According to CNN Money, big businesses that have traditionally recruited on college campuses are instead using new software to screen applicants. Starting next year, Goldman Sachs will use an automated interviewing tool that the company claims takes away biases, such as mutual friends or university preference.

That could lead to more diversity on Wall Street, something big banks admit they need to improve on. Still, some recruiters said the benefit of meeting people in person is too invaluable to give up.
