Ever need to get a clear message to someone without wanting to talk to them? There is now an app for that. It is called the Slydial app.
It allows you to leave a voice message without making the other person's phone ring.

Slydial voice messaging gives you the ability to save time and a potentially awkward conversation.
"The whole initial like, 'Hey how are you doing?' all that stuff -- it kind of gets that out of the way and get straight to the point," said app user Eric Lopez.
Slydial is free, and it could be a whole new alternative to one-on-one communication.
"You know you have texting, you have email, you have phone and now you have this app, which kind of avoids the conversation. We're becoming a society that's avoiding conversations but finding new ways to communicate," said app user Karen Yi.
However, experts say when applying for a job or trying to build a relationship, you cannot avoid a real conversation for too long.
"Those social skills are tested during the interview process and sometimes if you're just playing phone tag and leaving messages, there's none of that conversation back and forth and test of the social skills that are really necessary," said Human Resources associate Daniel Kemp.
