HOUSTON – Hotel guests would rather have free WiFi over high-end coffee makers and workout equipment.
According to a survey from Hotels.com, 38 percent of the 415 guests polled said that free WiFi was a must when staying at a hotel.

Thirty-five percent also said free WiFi was the single amenity they want to see more of, and 31 percent reported they wanted it to become a standard amenity.
Hotels.com officials said they were not surprised with the survey results due to the explosion of mobile use.
The report also shows that while 14 percent of guests admitted to stealing towels or linens, 66 percent said they have not swiped anything from the rooms.
