Grilled Chicken with Mushroom Cream Sauce

HOUSTON – Ingredients:
1 package HEB chicken breasts
½ cup Texas on the Plate Bodacious Red Soppin' Sauce     
2 tablespoons Adams Reserve Southwest Rub
1 tablespoon Ottavio Private Reserve olive oil
1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
1 cup sliced mushrooms

Directions:
1.    Season chicken with rub and set aside.
2.    In a saucepan, sauté mushrooms in olive oil until tender. Stir in cream and Bodacious Sauce and warm to thicken.
3.    Grill or pan-sear chicken over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until juices run clear.
4.    Serve mushroom cream sauce over chicken and enjoy!
