Voters will go to the polls on Saturday

May 4th is an election day

Houston-area voters will be quite busy this month.

We have an election on May 28. That is when runoffs will be held for the Republicans and Democrats who advanced from the March 5 primary.

But there is another election before that: Saturday, May 4.

WHAT WILL VOTERS SEE ON THE MAY 4 BALLOT?

Voters in Harris County will see the HCAD Board of Directors on their ballots.

Many Houstonians will also vote on a special election to fill a vacancy for State Senate District 15.

Voters across the Houston area will decide on some school board seats.

There are also mayoral races in surrounding cities, such as Galveston, Rosenberg and Conroe.
