Cold, winds and rain push through Houston

HOUSTON – The cold front has moved through our area, leaving temperatures in the 40s and 50s for the rest of the day.

While we won't have the intense thunderstorms like we had Friday morning, we will receive more showers in the afternoon making for a wet, cold and breezy Friday.

The cold stays this weekend and we'll most likely more rain on Saturday.  It's a miserable start to the weekend.

Much smaller chance of rain Sunday with colder temperatures.  Stay warm!
