HOUSTON – A crash involving an overturned 18-wheeler caused a major shutdown at Highway 225 eastbound near 610 East Loop Thursday afternoon.
According to Houston TranStar, the crash was reported at around 3 p.m.

One other vehicle was involved in the crash, however, no injuries were reported.
Drivers are urged to seek an alternate route as backups are forming.
