Video shows child being thrown off bridge

The incident is under investigation

Authorities in Washington are investigating a video that shows a person throwing a child off a railroad bridge and into a river.

Kaylub Fawley posted a video Aug. 25 on Facebook of the incident along the Wynoochee River in Montesano.

"This is what happens when some parents just don't care...this is a woman me and all my friends witnessed letting a 'stranger' throw her a 4 1/2 year old son off the bridge yesterday into the water for fun!" Fawley wrote.

According to KING 5 News, the child was not hurt, but a spokesperson for the Grays Harbor County Sheriff's Office said authorities are investigating the child's mother and a male friend on charges of reckless endangerment.

Child Protective Services is also aware of the incident.
