HOUSTON – All eastbound lanes of the Katy Freeway near Grand Parkway are closed for construction.
Those I-10 inbound lanes are closed between FM 1463 and the Grand Parkway.

Motorists are urged to take FM 1463 southbound to Kingsland Blvd. eastbound to Grand Parkway northbound as an alternate.
TxDOT says crews expect to reopen the lanes by 3 p.m. Monday.
