HOUSTON – A student is recovering after crashing a Trans-Am outside of a local high school.
Officers say the driver hit a curb, causing the rollover on Kelly Street in front of Barbara Jordan High School in north Houston.

Both the driver and the passenger are seniors at the school.
One of the students was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure. The other was taken back to school to be picked up by parents.
