Let's roll! Houston fire station receives year of free toilet paper

HOUSTON – A north Houston fire station is getting some help. HFD Fire Station No. 56 has received a year supply of toilet paper for 20 firefighters from Charmin.

The Charmin Relief Project is donating 960 rolls to one fire house in every state.

Charmin picked HFD Fire Station No. 56 after recently asking consumers to share stories on Facebook and Twitter of firehouses in their communities that could use the extra help.

Nearly 50,000 rolls of toilet paper are being donated to 50 firehouses in 50 states.

Charmin says America's firefighters put their behinds on the line day in and day out, to keep their communities safe, and they wanted to do something to help this much loved but often underfunded group of public servants.
