HOUSTON – A janitor is accused of using computers at a local business to view images of child pornography.

According to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office, employees at a local business say they discovered images of child exploitation on computers not secured with passwords. Further investigation showed the file creation dates and times of the images as the middle of the night. Deputy constables say examination of the building's recorded surveillance cameras showed a member of the contract cleaning crew possibly accessing the business during the night time frame.

Investigators examined the computers and observed images of child exploitation with victims estimated between two and 16 years of age.

Deputy constables say Saul Ernesto Menjivar, an El Salvadorian native in the United States on a work visa, admitted to using computers without secure passwords in the offices he was paid to clean to search for and view images of child pornography.
