Houston police said Robertson, 29-year-old Dion White, a third man and one woman were inside a vehicle Monday at 11 p.m. when Robertson pulled out a gun and started yelling at White, who was driving. Robertson then opened fire, shooting White, officials said, before White jumped out and ran on Foster at Yellowstone streets in southeast Houston.

"We all came outside, we heard about six shots," said George Bernard, who lives in the neighborhood. "Then we heard it again four more times."

Robertson also got out of the car and fired at the driver as he ran off, investigators said. White eventually collapsed in a ditch.

"It's unknown why they came to this location. Apparently, there was an altercation that started in the vehicle that led to the outside of the car," said C. Cegielski with the Houston Police Department.

White was taken to Ben Taub Hospital in critical condition.

Anyone with information regarding Robertson's whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
