HARRIS COUNTY – A suspect is dead after an officer-involved shooting in unincorporated Harris County late Wednesday night.
According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, two Houston police officers were conducting a traffic stop on Red Bud Lane and Hollyvale Drive when the driver of the vehicle pulled out a weapon and pointed it at the officers.

That's when deputies say one of the officers fired his gun. The armed suspect died at the scene. Neither officer was hurt.
