Among the highlights of the day was the blindfolded basketball half-court shot challenge. The school said freshman Colton Marks represented his group in the contest and proceeded to make his shot, sending the crowd into a frenzy.

There is no word if the Crusaders head basketball coach Dominic Amorosa has since been in contact with Colton.

The orientation program continued Friday as the new students were joined on campus by returning students who went through Matriculation. Strake Jesuit said the first day of classes is Monday.
