DAYTON, Texas – Severe storms overnight kept residents north of Houston on alert after deadly tornadoes swept through the Midwest earlier this week.
Residents in Dayton and Liberty County saw heavy rain overnight. Some areas had minor flooding in the streets.
Liberty County reported golf ball-sized hail, while Montgomery County had a few downed trees.
