Man, woman found with 10 grams cocaine, 18 grams marijuana, pills, deputies say

MAGNOLIA, Texas – Montgomery County Precinct 5 deputy constables arrested two people for possession charges while searching for an 8-month-old child, officials said. 

Authorities said the child is involved in a custody battle.

Deputies  said they visited 19305 Trail Wood Drive on Tuesday in an effort to track down the child, but when they arrived they smelled marijuana coming from the house. 

Authorities were able to search the house, and that is where they found Neil Yoder, 30, and Sarah Mouton, 21, with 10 grams of cocaine, 18 grams or more of marijuana, prescription pills and baggies, deputies said. 

Yoder and Mouton were arrested for having prior warrants,  possession of a controlled substances and possession with the intent to sell. 

It is unknown where the 8-month-old child is at this point.
