New Intel technology allows users to open apps with face, not password

HOUSTON – Intel has unveiled new technology that allows apps to open, not with a password, but with facial recongnition.
The company hopes the new technology will replace passwords.
You start with an app called True Key.
Once you have that dowloaded you register and take a photo of your face with your smartphone camera or webcam.
Instead of opening up websites by typing in a password, True Key will open them up for you based on your image.
True Key plans to operate on a "freemium" model.
It will be free to be used with 15 websites.
To use it with more sites, there will be a fee of $19.95 a year.
