HOUSTON – A man has been accused of sending sexually-explicit text messages to an underage boy.
Jacob Ryan McCullough, 20, has been charged with two counts of online solicitation of a minor.

Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constables said a woman contacted them after she found out about the inappropriate messages.
Deputy constables said McCullough met the juvenile male using a cellphone application for dating and chatting. They later began to text message each other, investigators said.
McCullough has admitted to participating in the inappropriate communications, investigators said.
Detectives said they have no indication that McCullough and the boy met in person.
