His family told KPRC 2 that Selph was found safe on Saturday afternoon at the Star of Hope.

Selph had been missing since Thursday, when he, along with other residents, were taken in the home's transport van to St. Joseph's Hospital. He and the other residents were dropped off near the front entrance as the driver went to find a parking spot. When the driver returned, Selph was gone, his mom said.

“I don't understand his taking off like that. I really don't, and I'm concerned about him,” Virginia Palmer, Christopher’s mother, said.

His family said Selph has disappeared in the past, but this time is different.

“He doesn't have his cellphone with him, no money, jacket. He doesn't have any identification on him,” his mom said.

Between the cold weather and he doesn't have his medication, Selph's family is praying someone will spot him and help bring him home safely.

When he disappeared, Selph was wearing a light blue, short sleeved pullover shirt with small white stripes, blue jeans and tennis shoes.
