Houston police said the shooting happened at the Mac Haik Chevrolet pre-owned vehicle dealership in the 11700 block of the Katy Freeway, between Kirkwood and Dairy Ashford, about 9:30 a.m. Friday.

Investigators said Kuentz and an employee, Keith Edward Grimmett, 49, got into an argument on Thursday. While at work on Friday, Grimmett shot Kuentz in the neck and then left the dealership, police said.

Police said they tracked down Grimmett and arrested him on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. That charge could be upgraded.
